Eat local eat, eat history...

 

 Our recipe clean and simple

 

 

Pitahaya battonets (seared)

pitahaya sweet and spicy geleé

Lobster  or boneless quail - (Poached or deep fried)

Lobster   or boneless quail and lemmon grass-ginger   juice.

Faba beans sauteed with onion ashes

Avocado leaves scented oil.

 

 Plate it  it as you please but make sure you can taste all ingredients at once.
